Caller: Claimed to be Jade Logan - from Logan City Council

Phone number identified as from Central Queensland - seemed spoofed on some form of digital system
Started into questions about how long lived here.

After I asked why the LCC was ringing from Emerald they hung up.
LCC have no knowledge of this, so I am pretty sure there was a scam coming.
