Paul Wilson recommended your business to me but I have been unable to contact you.

I purchased a VW, Caravelle, 2004 petrol V6 late last year. Since the 1st November 2012 the van has been intermitantly stalling on start up, losing power at start of driving and aceleration may be slow or abrupt. Sometimes I hear a rattle in the motor on start up.

I have had system scans completed with North Rocky Mechanics, River City Motor Group, Beaconsfield Auto Electrical and North Star Mechanics. Some feel it may be the camshaft position sensors and others think its the timing chain stretched. I'm with AWN warranty and they claim they need the motor pulled down to assess before they will know if it is covered under warranty. If its the timing chain they claim it will not be covered.
At this stage I just want my van fixed and would like to speak with you.
