3 missed calls - rejected each time. Pretty sure it's a phishing scam. No voicemail message left so obviously not important enough that whoever it is needs to speak to me. Now I have blocked the number

Caller: "beat energy"

Claiming that government is offering discount on bills and you may be eligible. They will ask for your date of Birth which is fine but then they will ask for your concession number and an ID detail like licence, citizen etc. I did not provide this instead I asked to confirm their "company" name. Which the dodgy worker stated was Beat energy. I googled it and found no results. I then asked for the company ABN to look up and they hung up on me.

Regular calls from this number to my mobile. No message left. When I called back from a landline there is no ring tone. I suspect a scam.

Keep ringing but when ring back number not listed. No message.

I didn’t answer and no message was left. When I tried calling back it said “the current MOBILE you are trying to call is switched off”.
Definitely a scam
