Caller: Claimed to be from Australian Broadcasting Network

Caller claimed to be from Australian Broadcasting Network and that our landline and internet connection would be disconnected but we could sign up to NBN. As we are not in the same area as the caller and the fact that we are already connected to NBN then we can only assume that this caller is a scammer and proposed to have us sign up via him to NBN with us providing him with our personal details and credit card facilities with the intention of stealing from us. We propose to report this number to Telstra and the appropriate Government Fraud department.
