Im guessing it is Toowoomba Telstra but each time I answer there is no one at the other end. Annoying.

Telstra Business Centre in Toowoomba. Good service for businesses. I can call direct to my human account manager and order new phones, services etc without having to leave work and be at the mercy of those horrid places in shopping centres.
Absolutely seamless service, have used them for years and best move I ever made.

They would be handy like you say when you need them, but when they keep pestering you,its a waste of time and its just not on.

I'm very annoyed (again) and have told them several times I am on the DNC register and I will report them to Telstra and got their names.
I never did, but they keep calling me and the last time I called them back and said stop it.
From caller I.D. they knew my name and had it all on file and this time I asked them to report my compliant to their manager.
Reporting to Telstra is toothless anyway. Standard reply, no action.
Telstra Business Office deceitfully masquerades as Telstra.and tries to sell you something else - to their commissioning profit.

Would help if it was Brisbane based Telstra as we are only 1/2 hour away and could walk in for a chat, new deal, phone plan or a phone. Even if it was Toowoomba Telstra (which makes sense to me, been in Toowoomba's call centres' range), they are an hour and half away and wasting my interest levels in sales. Just because we are 4306 which is 61 suburbs, we are actually in Brisbane and next door to a post code 4069 with 4 suburbs in it.

This sounds suspiciously like the Gold Coast Business Centre themselves.

For the record, the "Toowoomba" Telstra Business Centre is actually calling you from the Gold Coast. They are NOT part of Telstra, but in fact license the Telstra name. They do not own up to this fact which is highly deceitful.

Bitch from Telstra Business Centre Toowoomba won't STOP CALLING ME.

Whenever I have managed to make contact with the Telstra Business Centre in Toowoomba they have offered little or no help. They rarely return calls and I have found quotes from them far more expensive than dealing with Telstra direct. I have given up on them altogether. They probably have to meet a quota of calls per day to keep their jobs. Every time they make a call like this it probably looks like a genuine call on the surface. Hey Presto! good days work, with no work done!!

If this is a helpful service, why does the number drop out when one answer's the call? If it is a helpful service they can contact me by mail or at least answer when we take the time out of our busy day to pick up the phone.

This number is associated with the Telstra Business Centre in Toowoomba. It's not marketing, like Robyne claims, but a helpful service they provide.

After receiving calls from this number several times recently, only to have the number drop out on me after a few seconds without a reply, I decided to call the number back since it was local... turns out it is TELSTRA marketing!!

I have no idea who this number belongs to as when I answer give about three seconds it/they hang up.
