Caller: claimed to be suncorp first call at 10am I answered and said "this is" "my name" and then it disconnected - I returned the call and it went to recorded message claiming to be Suncorp
Second call at 2pm same day they asked if this is "name and surname" and I said "yes" then it disconnected
Seems dodgy......

Caller: Someone from 'Suncorp' When I answered, I told them I wasn't interested in anything they're trying to sell me. They said it was a service call, and they wanted my personal details. Not giving that out over the phone. I also told them I had been ignoring their calls and to stop ringing me. They then told me that they can't do it over the phone and I have to go into a branch. They could just stop calling me. If I have an issue I will contact them.

Caller: Bill from suncorp Began call stating that suncorp likes to check in with their customers to make sure all their details are up to date (first time I've received a call of this sort in my 10+ years banking with them) promptly hung up. This sort of information should be gathered in the branch not over the phone.

Caller: Unknown Received a call from a person stating they were from Suncorp and they had received return mail of mine and were trying to confirm my address. They stated my new address to me and I confirmed. They then started asking for more info which at this stage I said I was not comfortable giving personal info over the phone. Said I would call Suncorp myself. He stated he would leave a record of contact on my file. Have yet to confirm if this is legit.
