YOU work for the indian call centre harassing people - you dirty bastard.

According to the above it is possibly Sun Corp/AAMI calling. Could the people posting comments about these annoying calls that we continually receive, remember we like to be thought as welcoming and tolerant people who live in Australia?
Why is it necessary to label these people with nasty names etc? They are possibly working in a call centre to earn money to feed their children. However I too will be enormously glad if and when a stop can be made to these most annoying calls.

Called at 3:10 hanged up upon answering phone, returned call to get automatic message announcement, tell me i have missed a call "

Constantly ringing the last few days but hang up upon answer so have now blocked number have better things to do with my time, than answer phone to hang up's

Caller: Suncorp

It's a call centre who work for Suncorp and AAMI. They called me because my insurance payment didn't go through. Worth answering to make sure its not something important about your policy.

Caller: Said they were from AAMI

Female with "sub-continent accent." Said they were from AAMI and knew my name. I have insurance with AAMI, so it could have been genuine, but when I asked what they wanted she hung up.
If AAMI really wants me than they'll call back. Trouble is there are so many nuisance calls that it's hard to differentiate between what is genuine and what is not.

all ok,just wanting to let me no my account needed paying, but the least they could have done is to leave a message and maybe I would of got back to them sooner

Shannons Car Insurance, filled out a request for a quote on their website.

9 out of 10 times, its a scam. WHAT DO YOU EXPECT????

Any number with an out of state prefix I do not answer unless I am expecting an out of state call and know the number.

Caller: Indian male

Rude bush pig with an Indian accept said he was from Suncorp group and wanted me to confirm my details. The scamming Indian pig then hung up on me. Upon calling the no back there is a recording they are part of the Suncorp team but no option to speak to anyone except they’ll be in touch again. I’ve reported them to AAMI for the relevant area to probe them and also placed a call to the Federal Police. They are criminals be ware.

Called multiple times, never a voicemail left when I missed calls.

When answered, call centre said they were from Suncorp, but when I contacted Suncorp there was no one trying to reach me.

Call callers are not your friend. They usually want your money. They deserve all they abuse they get.

4 missed calls from this number - no message left.

Keep getting calls which I've ignored, and no message left. Based on the info on this site, and having recently shopped around for new CTP insurance, I assume my number has been given to some scam call centre? I am also now getting multiple 'no caller ID' calls either just before or just after the calls from that number? Thanks insurance company/s - you're the best!! Number now blocked!!

Hang up phone calls. Really sick of these idiots. Recorded message when calling back. Either scammers or very unprofessional organisation.

I get at least 9 phone calls from this number a week. I don’t have insurance through them so I have no idea why they keep calling me every week.

To reply 16, were you born stupid or have you worked real hard on it ! Check all other calls below yours. Sure these callers, robot and others are feeding more than children with other people's hard earned. Donation to the World famine Charities if your feeling so charitable. The Insurance industry leaks like a sieve as far as you name being kept private. If the call is genuine the Company will call back and identify themselves clearly with facts that only you know. Hey! big news, you can block the calls! unless you like being annoyed, there is a name for that!!
