Hi Rob, did you ever find out if it was a scam as i am receiving calls from that number on home line & mobile. I blocked it too. Did same thing as you, i blocked my number first but they don't answer.

I have received several calls from this number. The person calling hangs up as soon as I say hello. When I've phoned back the number either rings out or is answered then immediately hung up. This number has now been blocked
