Too much silly chatter in the chapel before and after mass. It is not a feature of Our Lady of Victories at Newstead, which has the 13th day of the month celebration of Carmel, and all night vigil. It is distracting to those who prepare themselves, and enter into private thanksgiving after mass. Chatter is not a feature of the basilica at Fatima 7:30 Sunday, where a visitor can literally hear a pin drop. A simple sign "silencio" on a plinth outside the basilica suffices.
