Asian male caller claiming to be from compensation claims lawyers after I had a recent car accident. Don't know how they got my name or number. I just hung up on them. This is the second call on a different number within a 24 hour period

Compensation lawyer claim car accident I had 12 months ago had my name, not involved in a car accident blocked their number and will report as obs. scam

Called claiming I had been in an accident in the last 12 months (which I haven’t) and then she gave me an old home address. I told her she was trying to scam me and I hung up.

This is the second time these people have contacted me. I am on the Do Not Call Register, but they don’t care. They claim to be phoning from “Compensation Dept”

Contacted regarding a vehicle accident and possible compensation. Didn’t have an accident but instead had my car stolen. How and why have they contacted me?
