I'm on the do not call list yet I keep getting woken by numbers like this as early as 6am on days off. I want to rip someone's head off!!!!!! But I can't manage to speak to anyone from this number

I answered the phone and no one would reply so I hung up and called back on my home phone and it said the number was disconnected. That was less than a minute after I received the call.
