Scammer. This number has called before, along with dozens of others starting with the same first 7 digits (just the last 2 changing), always just silence, I think waiting to see if I use my name eg "hello (my name) speaking" which I no longer do. I'm receiving multiple calls from these numbers every day for the past 2 weeks. I think the scammer is checking to see if my phone is on or answering. Non-speaking scammer numbers like this are either waiting to see if you give your name, or generally just confirming that there is someone at that number. This is often used for the purposes of identity theft. Blocked!!
