Caller: ING Insurance Pestering by ING Insurance after requesting an online quote for home and contents insurance. They called once and I told them they were a lot more expensive than other quotes. They called again later but I missed the call.

Caller: Probably ING Did online insurance quote about 1 hour ago and now getting these unsolicited spam calls. Answered first two call to be met with silence - probably as the robot transferred to a human in Philippines or India. Did not want or request a call. Very poor. I won't be taking up the quote!

I've just had a home loan approved by ING. I received an email about insurance but haven't attended that yet. Today I have had 6 calls from this number - I answer, but it automatically hangs up after 8 seconds. That's no way to run a business.

Caller: ING INSURANCE No option to opt out of marketing calls on their website,I was considering taking their insurance but I will go elsewhere due to their lack of privacy and unwanted hawking salesman practices.

Caller: ING Insurance 8 missed calls in two days and no message left. Two further calls where I answered hello but it took about 10 seconds for someone on the other end to reply. Another call today - I answered and requested they stop calling me. After hanging up they called me straight back. What??!! Totally unprofessional company. I requested a quote for insurance to be sent via email - I did not request to be called and harassed for days on end afterwards.

Caller: ING Insurance If I wanted to speak to someone I wouldn't have obtained a quote online!!! 5+ calls in the first day, the first 3 being within half an hour of obtaining my quote!

Caller: ING Same here...only wanted a quote - was SO much more expensive than my current insurer. I did NOT give them permission to contact me. After getting a quote - they should have an option button - would you like us to contact you? If I don't give permssion, then I do not want anyone phoning me.
