Budget Direct trying to sell Life Insurance

Called and left a voicemail message however could only hear people talking in the background. sounded like a call centre

Called both my mobile and home number, but hung up when I answered on the home number, and then didn't leave a message on my mobile. Why hang up after ringing both numbers??

Didn't leave a message - how am I supposed to know what this call is about???
