i am very un happy with the wow factor range i have bought the same ring twice the first one the main stone fell out and it happened at 13 months i just bought another one and a week later 2 on the side have fallen out your little advert says made to last forever. im not happy at i couldnt believe that because it was a month out of warranty there wasnt anything they could do but for me to pay and fix it and the qoute being almost as much as the ring what a joke. i love the ring i bought and to buy a second one and within a week have to send it back there is clearly something wrong with that range of jewellery is this why it has been discontinued? i definately would not recommend this range to anyone i have one thats in my cupboard that is going to cost too much to fix and another sent back. my email is nellcampbell05 @ live.com.au i would like to know what you can do about this.
