Caller: Spam - Accident Claim Management

They phoned and I answered. after a few moments of silence after I answered with my greeting (I don't say my name or anything) a lady started speaking. She had a high pitched scratchy voice. She asked if i was NAME - now that isn't my name but I waited a bit before saying anything.
I asked where she was phoning from and she answered, but because of the scratchy voice and my APD I couldn't hear her so I asked her to repeat herself.
She seemed a bit unsure when I asked her to repeat herself. I had originally said that the line was crackly so I couldn't hear. I think she repeated my 'supposed' whole name thinking I'd asked who she was looking for.
Anyway, after having to repeat myself she answered and said she was phoning from Accident Claim Management about my accident I'd been in. She then proceeded to ask if now was a good time to talk.

Here is let rip. I informed her that that wasn't my name, I wasn't in any accident, and not to call my number again.
