How is it that I am registered with Do Not Call and they still manage to get through?

Received 3 calls in the last month. Pick up and no one talks, it just hangs up.

I answer and no one talks from the other end.

8 April 2016 - 12.24 pm - I just called this number back (I had a missed call from it on my work telephone). I was told that I had reached the receptionist of an "energy broker".

Called our business place to compare prices of electricity bill. Our accounts manager was out, so he said never mind, and hung up.

they pretended to hang up using a sound of the noise of hanging up but they didn't, they wanted to hear into my conversation

everytime answer the calls they hang up this has been going on now for the last month
