Well I just had Robby from Exa claim he spoke to our director (gave name) on the 16 of June (he said he has it here in his notes). When challenged then claims it might have been the 17th. Robby is a rotten liar. Director wasn't even in the office of that week. I also posted the other review on here about Shane. Seems Exa employes big fat LIARS. If they think I will believe the rubbish they spew out to try and get new customers they are morons as well. I gave him an email address to which I will be responding. Good luck getting by me mate.. You absolute tossers.

Shane from Exa Web solutions in Melb calling on behalf of - David John to come and meet regarding our product He wanted the boss. Even after questioning him he was evading direct answers. His job was just to set up appointments basically. ( he refuse to just say, we want to set up a website and kept trying to get our web addresses, and to be put thru). I explained we have just had an overhaul of our website and do not need his services.

This knob jockey has been told to put us on their do not call list. (several times) Which I guarantee he will ignore and call again.. he is calling from a private number which for a cold caller is illegal. I was told as I am just the receptionist I am unable to make that decision and it’s up to the managing director to make it.

I told him I am paid by the managing director to keep people like you away from him.

He didn't like that.

He kept talking over the top of me until I ended up saying I’m hanging up do not call again..

He called BACK to say I needed to be more professional.. I said no worries and hung up on him again.
