Caller: They identified themselves as Suncorp credit card insurers They have rung several times and I only got to answer today. I did try, but no luck. Apparently, a Suncorp insurance claim payment they want to make to me. Requested details for directly debiting my refund. I have no response from the numbers on the stationery they have emailed to me. I will ring Suncorp prior to sending my details. The phone numbers on the letter they emailed were (07) 3135 2860 and 1800 413 643

This number keeps ringing me, I answer & the line stays open for about 15 seconds & then disconnects. When I ring this number back a voice indicates that the number is not in service.
