Do not deal with these people at all, they are the biggest scam of all time. Sign you up for supposedly advertising then if you dont give them 12 months written notice you are compelled to pay for another three years. They are strictly hands off company

This mob are scammers!!!! they sell you a 2 yr contract then try and make you pay another 2 yrs. cancel your contract, then contact FFA Paysmart. PDS Aus Direct and cancel thru them. tell them you are in dispute and taking Plasma-Tech to court. suddenly they stop your direct debits. Then you just have to deal with the idiots that will vomit emails at you how you owe this, that and the other. stand up to the scumbags. we are organising a class action right now to take them down for good!!!! Join us....

Yep i too have the same story... i have been to the two locations where my ad is supose to be playing and one venues tv was turned off because the were protesting against plasmatech, the other venue i waited 20 mins and my ad never came on. I called them to which they responded they will investigate. In a mean time thry kept taking payments so i blocked them on my end. Now im getting emails from paysmart threatening to get the debt collectors in.... the way i see it they have broken their contract with me and they will not see one more cent! I look forward to the inevitable court date

I had a similar issue, I had a contract with pds for advertising in two venues as of about 4 months ago they stopped payments from my account, not sure if they have been closed down but my contract shouldn't be over until the end of the year, it's a useless company I had the same experiences as so many of you, hopefully they got their just deserves and they can't scam anyone else p.s wish I looked them up before I started my "contract" very nieve

Husbands business signed up with them and they haven't even run the ads. He put a stop payments on their direct debit so they could no longer take money out. Now they are threatening debt collection. We will be calling ACCC on Monday for advise. Total scammers.

Do not advertise when they call you . This company does not deliver on the goods at all they don't put the advertising up that you pay for and won't credit money back for lost time .. You have to keep checking on them that their advertising is running in the venue that you have paid for they owe me 3 months for advertising and won't pay out in money for lost time . They need to be closed down by the government

Plasma tech ... Started charging me for a service that they had not been operating at the venues listed ... Went on for three months all documented with photos on my part .have all the correspondence insisted letters and emails to confirm . Have cancelled my contract before the first year was up and wanted them to deduct the down time of the payments but they wouldn't agree to it saying that they will run the adds for longer . Not of benefit to me
Have never got a single response from the advertising ... My advice don't deal with them at all !!!!

Don't ever deal with PlasmaTech. We got conned; was supposed to be in a "New SuperClinic", but our 2 year contract was up before the "New" clinic was built. The screen our ad was on was shoved down a small side area of reception, and hardly viewable by anyone. The sorts of patients I sat and observed over 2 hours one day, would not likely be interested in looking at any business advertising. Also, no audio made the ads worthless as it did not seem to attract any attention. We made sure we got in well before the 12months required to cancel the contract. All this type of advertising, in my opinion, is totally worthless. Just think of the people who will, rather MIGHT, be exposed to our ad!! Just had another call from them today (Jan 2015).

Phone call usually starts of with a request for the areas we cover, we are in transport.
It then goes along the line of do you know such & such, most of the time we do.
Then (in this last call) she said she would like us to advertise on TV's in these centres, to which I state very clearly "NO I AM NOT INTERESTED"
I would say we get an average of three to four calls a week from this or a similar type of business requesting us to advertise on shopping centre, medical clinics etc TV'S.
I am now at the point of stating Piss off the next time they ring.
Being polite obviously does not work!

They are still persistent - I am getting 3 -4 calls a day from them - letting them all go to message bank.

I have won a Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) order against Plasma Tech as their contracts have been found to be misleading and deceptive. In May 2012
They promote your business with advertising on plasma screens in hospitals cafes doctors waiting rooms pubs etc.
They get you to sign a contract claiming the first year is free, the second is $240 per month or more....
To date this company has not paid their fine and an enforcement order will be issued this week in Victoria....They have changed their address several times to avoid being served Court documents...

They keep calling our Business 1800 Number, we have to pay for their calls!
They do not take NO for an Answer!
