Caller: Energy Office

Sounds like offshore based (most likely India) identifying themselves as Energy Office. Internet search shows no such company. Be aware!

Thank you for your warning. Actually I have come to the point I rarely answer either my mobile or landline anymore unless I recognize the no. Sad days when we are constantly harrassed by these pests. If everyone refused to answer their phones (unless they recognized the nos) hopefully these pests would stop.

called 5 times today alone, voicemails left but no words spoken

They are very persistent & call & call & call & call. Luckily I am slow, slow, slow & never get to answer my mobile quickly. I am at the stage now that I really do not want to answer unless I recognize the caller.
