A call purporting from ATO Australia saying there is a lawsuit under my name

Caller: It was the ATO

They rang me letting me know there was a serious matter filed against me and lucky I did ring them back - it turns out I'm entitled to inherit $5,000,000 USD and all I have to do is provide all my information and then they wire transfer the cash to me less their fee. I've just go to pay $400 AUD to get the paperwork started. I've acted immediately and should see the funds in my account within 4 weeks.

Scammer who said he was an officer from the Taxation Office .
DO NOT say your name and address as they are recording your voice block number immediately

CLAIMING TO BE FROM THE ATO WITHA LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST ME AND FOR ME TO RING THEM BACK AN ASK FOR DPT DIV 731, WITH MY NAME AND ADDRESS, I RANG MY TAX AGENT AND TOLD THEM, THEY THEN RANG THE ATO AND THE ATO HAS SAID THAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH A CLIENT, THEY WILL RING THE TAX AGENT 1ST, NOT....... THE CLIENT.
PLUS WHEN THEY LEFT A VOICE MESSAGE ON MY PHONE IT CAME UP - A LOST SUITCASE WAS FILED AGAINST ME

A call from some division claiming that they were about to issue an arrest warrant under my name if they didn't hear back from me.

Caller: Scammer

computer generated voice telling me it was the ATO and there is a lawsuit under my name and if we don't get back to them they will have to get us arrested

Did not pick up as I didn't recognize the number.
Voicemail was a computer generated voice saying to call back otherwise they'll have to file a warrant for my arrest. Classic scam call using scare tactics on elderly or non-English speakers.

Caller: Claimed to be "the tax department"

Automated call with recorded message claiming the tax department is going to sue me. Obvious scammer, ATO would message you through MyGov first.

Scammers pretending to be from ATO with arrest warrant etc. Do not be fooled. Google ATO phone scam for more info.
