me my mother and brother got a call from this number and it feels like a scam!!

I received a call from this number saying they were Australian Grant DepartmentName of person was Liza McKay.  Said I would receive a grant of $12,000 if I paid$210 to India through Western Union, silly me did, then got a call to say I had to pay the tax amounting to $610.Gave me and ID number and Password. Said I did not believe them and they will not stop ringing me.

parents in law got a call yesterday and a follow up today.   They purport to be the "Australian Grants Department" and guess what - you've been awarded a grant of $16,000 for being a good citizen!!!  All you have to do is send us Western Union Payment of $200 to release the funds.  

Do a google search - this is a known scam as described on scamwatch.gov.au
