I pay for silent home phone number and have received calls to it as well as receiving registering a call at almost 9pm last night from this number. I have listed all my numbers with the DO NOT CALL register and they still call. I don't answer calls at that time of night from anyone I don't know.

On the DNC register and why would I want to do a survey about Politics? I was on my phone and accidentally answered but just blocked this number. As a rule I don't answer any numbers I don't have in contacts.

I am NOT on the DO NOT CALL register because I was told it is sold to these type of nuisance companies. Whenever you get a call and they hang up, you can be guaranteed that you will get a call the next day (or sooner) trying to sell you something you don't want. The automated call connects to an actual person and then tells the nuisance callers that it is a number to call WTF !!!

Had same crap as all listed above...on the do not call register now for months and still they keep calling. Blocked the caller

Indian female phoning 18:46 5/11/15, looking for someone who had my landline number at least 3 years ago, presumed deceased. Obviously working from an obsolete phone listing. Stated "Not trying to sell anything; wanting to give information..."

Received call on my mobile automated political survey, then husband got call on his mobile, but they hung up
My mobile is for my personal use, not for these people doing surveys etc.

Dodgy mass marketing fraud/scam callers harassing me. I am registered with the dnc (do not call ) yet they still harass! I am sick of them and having to constantly block them!!

I have used a number that was posted and had my number removed from their call list. They suggested that there is a difference in the interpretation of the meaning a DNC number. Call 1800 427 706, you have found! ReachTEL Pty Ltd market research survey number, select support and tell them they are making an illegal call as you are on the DNC

It is obvious that a class action should be lodge does any body know the name of this group can u post, or lodge a formal complaint using the same tag DNC with A ccc. Failing that elect a government that has a moral background, that is not corrupt?
