I got a call from the same number and got dead air too. I called the number back the day it happened & I have just been looking through my phone bill and discovered that after I called the number back I got billed a hefty $4.25... for a 3 min call that went straight to a machine and I eventually hung up after waiting.Now looking at the phone number I called it is a landline so you would think I would be charged the rate of a landline phone. Well on my actual phone bill I see the under the call type "connect to" so it automatically connected me to some other  number and I was then unfortunately billed by the crooks.So beware of people who ring your mobile phone and then hang up. They are often literally just setting you up to call them back so that they can divert the call to a billing number and make a quick buck out of you and the longer you wait for someone to pick up and let you know what their call was about unfortunately the more money they will get off you.
