Is a Telemarketing Call from the "Center for Educational Excellence". Has tried to phone me nearly every day for the past 2 weeks - never leaves a message. I called back to find out the origin of the call. Recorded message has American Accent.

Rang once, hung up. Rang back and tried to tell me I'd studied @ RedNeko (never heard of it) and that they wanted me to do a course. Strong Canadian/American accent. Sounded dodgy as.
