I let it go to voicemail and a message was left saying that iPhone 7 would be despatched and if I haven't ordered to press 1. I hung up.

Pretending they are from the technical department of Telstra. We don’t have a an account with this provider. Why would they waste Resources on non-customers not paying them regularly? Scam call
