It was the PCYC telemarketers trying to sell tickets for their upcoming raffle.

Indian accent saying they are from brands of choice saying I have entered a competition, and wanting me to answer a lifestyle survey to win $250000 which is garbage because I would always give out my mobile NOT my home phone, I wished they'd ring on the mobile so i can block the number, have to remember what it is to stop answering it on the land line.

A woman telephoned and asked for my husband concerning a childcare centre. The woman asked me if he lived here, I laughed and said , "No sorry you have the wrong number " and promptly put the phone down. Oh what a feeling, ha ha ha.

Says they are from a marketing company regarding an online competition that I entered.
I never entered a competition- gave my mobile number and they said it was linked to a man I had never heard from

If you call them back and ask not to be called again they will put you on the do not call list

Had my personal details. Claimed I'd entered a competition which I definitely had not.

If blocking doesn't work, as another person here suggested, I add all of these numbers to one contact I call Do Not Answer, and have set the ring tone to silent/nothing. I still see I have been called, but don't hear it, and can ignore it!
The Do Not Call Register is an option, but takes a month to kick in, and I believe that if they can say you have a 'relationship' with the caller in question, eg by filling in a survey, they can claim you agreed to be called.

Have had a couple of calls from (07) 3063 0758 and when I've answered with our business greeting they've hung up. Have tried calling back to see who this number belongs to but the call is never answered.

Just another scammer using a dialling machine to wait for a human to speak several times before the human will speak to you.
This scammer has called every day for the past week, asking to speak to my wife and when I say "SHE'S NOT AVAILABLE CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IT'S ABOUT" the foreign caller (usually female) says "No I need to speak to her, I'll call back later" and hangs up on me.

No one on the other end when answered. Calls back persistently. Do not answer. Block Number. SCAMMERS!

Called me 3 times in the last 24 hours, as a busy mother I do not have time to answer calls from numbers I don't recognise. No messages been left by caller, have now blocked number.

One girl calls with Filipino accent and said you have $2500000 , scam

Called and said I had entered a competition on line, which I didn't.

I called the number they rang up on me

Calls at lunch time and 6pm often. I have requested numerous times to have them stop calling, to take my name and details off their contact list but they continue to call.

Same here! I'm glad I'm not the only one... they have called me several times from a No ID number and the last one was from this number. A woman with an Asian accent first from Brands of Choice claiming that I had entered a contest for a quarter of a million dollars. First time I hung up and they called me again and again.
Then I received a called from (07) 3063 0758 and it was a man with an Indian accent saying the exact same thing. Told him I didn't remember entering any contest and he said "oh you propavly did it a long time ago so you don't remember" then he asked if he could do the survey and I said I wasn't interested and he said "ok, thank you, bye"
So I hope they don't call me again!

Told this woman I was on the "Do Not Call" register & to take my name & number off her list as I would report her if I hear from them again
