Caller: pretending to be from nbn about my internet connection

said was from NBN and that i had not responded to repeated calls about internet connection and threatened to cut off my internet connection, complete fake as no one from my internet provider had contacted me in any way and NBN dont generally conact directly. called number and does not answer says number is disconnected!
