Caller: Scam Recording claiming from ATO threatening arrest for non payment. Why are the telephone providers not taking action as they would have details of the person/organisation who registered the phone number. When I register to get a phone number, I'm asked for my grandma's shoe size - the telephone companies have for all the info to track down these scammers and yet they do nothing!
