Caller from Brisbane about homeowners being eligible for Victorian hot water or something

Caller: Some kind of "free hot water services installation" company

The caller claimed to share a "good news" that "Australian Government" is giving each home owner "free installation of hot water services". I asked where she got the phone number from, she said it was from "Australian Data Centre", I told her I'm on the "Do Not Call" register, she hung up.

Left no message.

I answered to call late and the computer gave up. Called back and it is continuously busy. Obvious call centre.

I received an email:

It’s about the automatic software were you initially started with $200
