nup, After not signing any contracts and ending my comunications with them they used my 100 points of ID and set up a MasterCard in my name.
since reporting it to everyone! received a email from ASIC. To whom it may concern, • You may have been caught up in a scam involving a loan application with Robert Bistrovic • • Do not pay any money in relation to this loan application • If you have paid money, report the matter to your local police
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) believes that you may have had contact with a Robert Bistrovic about a loan application.
We believe that this is an "advance fee lending scam" - where borrowers are told they need to send money in order to get a loan approved.
Do not send any money to bank accounts nominated by Mr Bistrovic. There will be no loan and it will be very difficult to recover any money paid.
Legitimate lenders will not ask you to send money in order to get a loan approved.
Mr Bistrovic is not authorised by ASIC to act as a finance broker. He does not represent Fleet Finance Direct Pty Ltd, or any other authorised lender in Australia.
