Annoying giveaway hostile contact

Called me today - no number

Have received multiple calls from this number, which sounds like a call centre possibly overseas. Tried calling them back but the number is always engaged. Its a phone sales scam called Australian Tablet Company or Aussie Tab.

Called and claimed to have "randomly" dialed my number giving away "free" mobile tablets (like an iPad). When I told them it's illegal to randomly dial mobile numbers they immediately hung up.
