SCAM - foreign lady demanding cash ($800 in my dads case) for unpaid water bill, this is 100% not real.
After my dad advised he had no idea what she was talking about - a male was put on the phone he screamed obscenities to my father who hung up.
Glad my elderly father has remembered me telling him about scams and never to give out details, bank account or any information to anyone over the phone - or in person without contacting me. Reported to scam watch 19.02.2016
