They called , I picked up, I waited for them to speak. Nothing, they hung up. If I take a call I wait for that person to speak, this is the only way I will answer any calls . After so many just want your voice or to know they have a live number

the long gap before they come on line is always the giveaway. Didn’t get to talk.

On answering the caller identified herself as Lucy from All Kind fund raising saying she hoped I was well today. Told her I was not, and not in a position to support fund raising at this time.
She said she was sorry, and wouldn't keep me long. WHAT PART OF NOT ABLE TO ASSIST DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?
So I hung up.

I have blocked this number twice today, but they still got through. I haven't answered it at all and don't intend to.

They said they were from a charity called Allkind, the woman sounded like a bot, not sure if it was a bot or a real person but there’s too many scams going at the moment so I hung up when it started sounding fishy.

They hung up as soon as I said hello.

I am sure same woman has called before introducing herself with a different name.
Just block these numbers. I get several Queensland numbers. This was from Cleveland Qld

I only got a phone call on my mobile I didn’t answer it and I have blocked the number

I answered & said hello. No voice from the other end. I think they may have been recording my voice as a sound like an faint exhalation of breath continued for 30 seconds before I hung up on them.
