Caller: Person pretending to be from Ebay When answered a female pretending to be from Ebay, advised that an order had been placed for $299 on my account. At no point did the female try to identify she was speaking with the right person. The female then asked if I wanted to pay the $299 or receive a refund, and advised I would have to fill out paperwork for the refund and asked whether I had an iPhone or an Android. The woman hung up when I started asking questions about why if I'd already paid for it why I would want to pay for it again, why I had not been properly ID'd and what difference it made what phone I had.
Definitely A Scam
