The person told me that someone had used my Ebay account to purchase something and they were from China. The person wanted me to load Splashtop SOS on my mobile phone. I have researched this which is a app to be able to view my screen - I told him not comfortable doing so and if they wanted to contact me they could send a message or an email for which they rudely told me I would be charged for the charge on my ebay account.

Someone left a robo type message along the lines of saying something like an amount would be debited to my account ....... I've no idea who this was and the caller left no other advice of the actual "amount". I have no option but to believe this to be a scam call.
