don't answer as was late at night and have learnt don't answer after a certain time of night

I ignored the call as it was not one I recognized and having the same 02 and 03 numbers rising me all last week one o2 number rang 3 times today could not take the hint even with me being on the DO not call registrar

rang 14 times in a row on a variety of numbers

Do NOT answer calls from this number. It is a scam number. They call you impersonating a mobile/internet service provider and offer to give you a cheaper plan. She asked for name, address, age, and bank details. (Obviously didn’t provide)

They keep calling but dont leave message. Looked on this site and found out it was scam number.. thank you folks

I received a call from this number. Advised they were the wholesaler for Optus. Requested their Registration Number so I could search to ensure they were a legitimate company...suddenly hung up on me...go figure

Some indian guy, about to tell me he was calling in regards to my Optus mobile ph number. I stopped Him and asked His Name and What number he was calling from, he told me his name and proceeded to tell me what service they provide, I cut him short and said, I asked you What number are you calling from..... He Hung Up Immediately.
Dodgy Mongrels. .. I tell you... Its never any English speaking Accent that makes these calls its always appears to be some Sri Lankan , Indian or similar THICK accent.
Why doesnt the communication provider of their number CUT THEIR SERVICE.

My hubby and I have both received calls from ‭(07) 2101 3942‬ saying we will now be receiving 50% off our bills from now on but didn’t know anything about your currents bills when I started questioning her she became quite abusive and she hung up, I tried calling back and got a voice message saying Optus advise the number you have called is not connected. So this is definitely a scam 10 times in the last week they have called number have called now blocked on my hubbys and my phones

Received a call from an Indian man claiming to offer phone discounts. I hung up and he called back and accidentally left an audio message. Sounded like a house full of Indian people having a party. Definitely not a call centre or optus.. 5 missed calls from this number in total.. definitely blocking this number!

Some collossal wanker who I was polite to, hung up on and then called back 5 times over the last hour.

Some Asian woman called from (07) 2101 3942 claiming to be optus. She asked what plan i was on and how much data i use. Then tried to tell me that my phone number will stop working soon. Then she changed her mind when i asked if i should change my number. After i hung up on her, i had a missed call 3 hours latter from the same number, then 30 seconds latter, a call from a private number with a muffled voice mail. When i called back there was no connection. This is a scammer.

Answered the call as my mobile indicated it was from Brisbane and potentially a legitimate number.. Voice responded to my standard answer with 'Good morning madam'... it was afternoon. I immediately and politely asked 'can I ask why you are calling' and after a pause they hung up.
Number blocked.
Really appreciate forum such as this as it's confirmed my suspicion about the number.
