Caller: Claimed to be ATO Called from a number with area code 07 and land line number starting with a ZERO. Is that even a valid landline number? Claimed that this is final reminder from tax office to pay my fine. I have never received any notification from tax office about any fine, how can it be final notice.

Highly doubt that it is genuine.
