Caller: Alex Hayes This is the 3rd time I’ve had someone send me an email with phone number asking to view my property as I have it for Private sale. I have sent a text but they did not respond. The email attached says ahayes @ perthfestival.com.au. Seems unusual as this would be a govt email and it should be .wa.gov.au I am concerned these are scams
