I have taken 7 calls in the last hour 0900 -1000 E.S.T., 4/11/2015 from a foreigner who sounds like he is smashed out of his mind on either alcohol or reaaaaallllly amazing drugs. I keep hearing the word "money" but everything else in the call is unintelligible.
