Answered call - said nothing they hung up. Scam reported to ACCC scam website to try and rid us of these bludgers.

they called me and didn't leave a voicemail. Assuming SPAM

Indian with bad english asked for me by name. Told emergency services wanted to talk to me about my electricty.
Localised power outages so they did homework.
Wondering which website onsold my details?

No one on the other end when I picked up. New straight away this was a scam call. Blocked the number.

Home phones: We have a Telstra Call Guardian phone and the nuisances just never leave their name when asked to and do not leave a message which is also an option. They just hang up! I check with Google to see if genuine, invariably no, select option block number, then option always block number. No more calls.
Mobile phones: Don't recognise number, NO message, so Google it. Previous comments negative so: Save the number, give it the name zpest, so all the zpests are at the end of your real contacts ... then press 'done' (up at the top), go down again and press 'Block this Caller' (which is in blue), then press "Block Contact' (which is in red). Done! They give up!

Spam stalkers. They call every couple of days to chat about your energy bill. Block the number because they’ve been calling every couple of days for a few weeks

Caller said he was from ‘energy saver’. Kept saying ‘hello can you hear me’. I told him it sounded like sh*t to me. Then I played music to him. He got the message & hung up. On trying to call back “the number you have called is not connected “. Obviously computer generated numbers. Now blocked.

she said something about my electricity bill, she knew my full name and post code.
she hung up after I asked her to explain why she was calling.

I hid my number ID and called back... got msg that the number is not connected. Hmmm
