Caller: Scam - said they were calling from National Crime Authorities

Fraud - was an automated voice call saying "this is the National Crime Authority" calling that I had fraudulent activities on my bank accounts and to press (1) the speak to someone about the activities. I pressed one abd a bloke woth a thick Indian accent picked up. He just said "hello", I played along and asked what the call was with regards to? He wanted to verify my identity (following a script) and asked for full name, address and last 3 digits of my tax file number. I gave him a fake name and address and I said "if you're calling from the national Crime Authority wouldn't you have my tax file number?" and he just said "do you speak English or are you just st*pid? what's the numbers?". So I promptly hung up. I called back to see who answered and got the "this phone-line is disconnected". A scam - please be careful.
