I got a text message saying cancellation would take place unless I logged into a particular website. I do not know what was going to be cancelled

sms saying it was second sms about me winning prize in a raffle..... I don't buy raffle tickets and no name from sender, only dodgy website to click on link

received a text saying "Action required before you're no longer eligible" - directed to unknown hyprlink

Unsolicited message. Text: "We have been unable to reach you. Your total will reset at 1pm if not requested" with a request to log in at an unknown hyperlink.
