Most likely a scam call, he said he was from Telstra, before he could ask me anything I asked him for his Telstra ID number he gave his ID number, and I asked for his phone number so that I could call him: he provided a call back number from a person in Melbourne. Hope the person does not get too many calls from this guy providiing that number. Reported it to Telsra, not sure what they will do?!
