I listened to the message but couldn't make out a work of it apart from something about numbers. Not a really strong accent but a poor phone line meant it was garbled. Didn't call back.

Caller: Claimed to be Telstra

Identified themselves as Telstra but had incorrect account info about numbers we have previously cancelled from our account. They were trying to get me to renew plans. I gave no info and hung up.
