Like S Finch says below, I received this call on my wireless broadband, not a phone. Don't know how they got it.

Caller: Likely Scammers

They’ve rung my phone number that I only use for Internet data & not ever listed as a contact nor made a phone call from. So either they phoned as a wrong number or spamming. Their call can’t have been a legitimate call to my phone number.

I believe this is spam, never seen the number before. stay alert.
