Called 4 times and when I finally picked up they didn’t say anything and hung up

Called again and left a voice mail with my name. When I called back this time it was a company offering gift cards for completing a survey.

After receiving a call with no message I received an email saying it was from my "secured contacts" with an attachment supposedly with a 2 page message. I suspect this is SPAM as was quoting Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, which is an American legal act which "seeks to protect consumer financial privacy. Its provisions limit when a "financial institution" may disclose a consumer's "nonpublic personal information" to nonaffiliated third parties."
