Female with strong accent. Mentioned something about a payment, but the line was really bad. I kept asking her to repeat what she was saying, as I couldn't understand her. When I asked her where she was calling from, she hung up.

Scam.
Tried to fraud us using paypal to get $1050 for an item. Said he'd made payment, but paused it & would 'release' the paypal payment once we sent the item. Sent an 'official' looking paypal email too, but was obviously phishing.
Called himself Feng Mian, or swet6 @ outlook.com, stated he was in the UK, but was using this AU phone number.

Scam phone number. Tried to fraud me using standard paypal email scam to get $1900AUD item
