Feckin scammers! as mentioned above, they call, you pick up phone, they hang, up, we ring back to get a message about an offer! just block! we should be able to report this number and the people on the other end should be fined!

Called. Did not leave a message. I called the above number and received a recorded message about an, "...offer...," and that I would be called back. I have put it on my do not pick up list.

I get these nearly every day but different last 4 numbers but still the same person.. no good blocking their number as they use a lot of different numbers.. Grrrrrr !!!!

garbled message that cuts out just when they say which company they're from. when you call back you're asked to hold on line
